This is such a striking 1940s summer suit!  Lightweight, white rayon.  The jacket has a fitted waist with a double-breasted button closure.  The back is gathered and has a button-belt accent.  The skirt is straight and closes with a side metal zipper.

  CONDITION:  Overall good - very good.  The suit shows normal wear, with just a few issues to note.   There are a couple of small thinning spots on the back of the skirt (see photo) and one teensy pinhole on the back of the jacket (gets lost in the gathering).  The suit could also use a professional pressing; we only steamed it.   Priced Accordingly; Sold AS IS.
